Where the wild things are.
I am lucky enough to live in one the richest states in the U.S. when it comes to wildlife. Tens of thousands of migratory shorebirds make their way to Alaska each year, bear roam the creeks and riverbeds for sockeye salmon, and you may open your door one day to find a moose eating the potted plants on your front deck. But with abundant wildlife comes the throws of fellow photographers trekking to Alaska. It is a challenge to stay different, stay relevant, and find creative ways to carve a niche in the photography market.
